Ingredients
- 4 prime ribs, each weighing 5.6 oz
- 4 large potatoes, unpeeled
- 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda
- 1 bulb of fennel
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Preparation| 15 min
- Cut the fennel into strips.
- Cook the potatoes in their skins until done.
Prepare| 15 min
- Fry the fennel in olive oil, until al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Halve the potatoes and fill them with ERU Spreadable Gouda.
- Brush the ribs with olive oil
- Grill the ribs for 3 minutes on each side, until medium rare.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
- Serve the prime ribs with the jacket potato and fennel.
