Club Sandwich

Treat yourself with this tasty club sandwich. Also nice with some french fries.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda
  • 1 bag of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 9.0 oz bacon, fried and drained
  • 4 wooden skewers

Prepare| 10 min

  • Remove the crust from the slices of bread. Toast the slices of bread and spread them with ERU spreadable Gouda.
  • Garnish 2 slices with iceberg lettuce, a slice of tomato, sliced egg and bacon. Top each of these with a second slice of bread and garnish these once again with lettuce, tomato, egg and bacon. Repeat a third time.
  • Cover with the last two slices of bread.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the sandwiches in half diagonally and fasten each half with a wooden skewer.
