Ingredients

  • 4 prime ribs, each weighing 5.6 oz
  • 4 large potatoes, unpeeled
  • 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda
  • 1 bulb of fennel
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation| 15 min

  • Cut the fennel into strips.
  • Cook the potatoes in their skins until done.

Prepare| 15 min

  • Fry the fennel in olive oil, until al dente.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Halve the potatoes and fill them with ERU Spreadable Gouda.
  • Brush the ribs with olive oil
  • Grill the ribs for 3 minutes on each side, until medium rare.
  • Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the prime ribs with the jacket potato and fennel.
