Naan sandwich with sliced beef, sweet corn and peppers

Use naan bread to give your sandwich an Indian twist. Serve the sandwich with sliced beef, sweet corn and peppers and finish with some spicy sambal. A spicy sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams ERU Goudkuipje Red Pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 naan breads
  • 1 red pepper
  • 10 grams coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 400 grams sliced beef
  • 80 grams tinned sweet corn
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation| 15 min

  • Finely chop the garlic and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Spread the garlic oil onto the naan breads and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the pepper into strips.
  • Finely chop the coriander.
  • Squeeze the lime.
  • Grate the lime zest.

Method| 20 min

  • Heat a little olive oil in a wok and stir-fry the beef until cooked.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Add the sweet corn and red pepper.
  • Heat the naan bread according to the instructions on the pack.
  • In a bowl, mix ERU Goudkuipje Red Pepper with the finely chopped coriander, juice and zest of the lime.
  • Spread the top of the naan breads with the ERU Goudkuipje Red Pepper, coriander and lime mixture.
  • Then top with the beef, sweet corn and pepper.
