Naan bread with beef strips and a topping of extra mature cheese

Ingredients

  • 80 grams of ERU Prestige Tube
  • 4 flank, skirt or sirloin steaks, around 150 grams each
  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • 75 grams of mixed lettuce and rocket

Equipment

  • Frying pan

Preparation| 5 min

  • Finish the pieces of naan bread according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in four and slice the beef into strips.
  • Clean the carrot and cut it lengthwise into thin slices.

Method| 5 min

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the beef strips a few minutes until medium rare.
  • Add layers of mixed lettuce and rocket, sliced carrot, cherry tomatoes and beef strips to the pieces of naan.
  • After topping it off with ERU Prestige Tube, it’s ready to serve!
