Naan bread with beef strips and a topping of extra mature cheese

Ingredients
- 80 grams of ERU Prestige Tube
- 4 flank, skirt or sirloin steaks, around 150 grams each
- 4 pieces of naan bread
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 75 grams of mixed lettuce and rocket

Preparation| 5 min
- Finish the pieces of naan bread according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in four and slice the beef into strips.
- Clean the carrot and cut it lengthwise into thin slices.
Method| 5 min
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the beef strips a few minutes until medium rare.
- Add layers of mixed lettuce and rocket, sliced carrot, cherry tomatoes and beef strips to the pieces of naan.
- After topping it off with ERU Prestige Tube, it’s ready to serve!
