Ingredients

  • 50 grams beet greens
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 big focaccia bread
  • 100 grams ERU Crème de Brie
  • 200 grams smoked chicken breast

Preparation| 10 min

  • Wash the beet greens.
  • Halve the tomatoes.
  • Mix the tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Grill them in a grill pan or in an oven heated to 210 °C until the skin has cracked.

Method| 5 min

  • Slice the bread into 4 triangles and halve.
  • Spread 8 pieces of bread with ERU Crème de Brie.
  • Lie 4 pieces of bread with the cheese side up.
  • Top the bread with the smoked chicken and beet greens.
  • Divide the grilled cherry tomatoes over the top.
  • Top with the remaining 4 pieces of bread with the cheese side down.
