ERU Prestige steak sandwich

This steak sandwich with onions is perfect for an extensive lunch. Not only you, but also your guests will love it!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams ERU Prestige
  • 4 wholegrain ciabattas
  • 1 beef steak (250 grams)
  • 40 grams lamb’s lettuce
  • 70 grams pearl onions
  • 50 grams red onion chutney
  • Olive oil

Method| 25 min

  • Cut the pearl onions into wedges.
  • Bake the ciabattas as instructed on the packaging.
  • Drizzle the steak with olive oil and fry in a pan until nice and pink (around 6 to 8 minutes).
  • Generously spread the ciabattas with ERU Gouda Extra Aged.
  • Slice the steak and arrange on the 4 ciabattas.
  • Spoon some of the red onion chutney over the steak.
  • Garnish with the lamb’s lettuce and pearl onions.
