ERU Prestige steak sandwich
This steak sandwich with onions is perfect for an extensive lunch. Not only you, but also your guests will love it!

Ingredients
- 200 grams ERU Prestige
- 4 wholegrain ciabattas
- 1 beef steak (250 grams)
- 40 grams lamb’s lettuce
- 70 grams pearl onions
- 50 grams red onion chutney
- Olive oil
Method| 25 min
- Cut the pearl onions into wedges.
- Bake the ciabattas as instructed on the packaging.
- Drizzle the steak with olive oil and fry in a pan until nice and pink (around 6 to 8 minutes).
- Generously spread the ciabattas with ERU Gouda Extra Aged.
- Slice the steak and arrange on the 4 ciabattas.
- Spoon some of the red onion chutney over the steak.
- Garnish with the lamb’s lettuce and pearl onions.
