- 4 slices of ERU Slices Cheddar
- 4 burger buns
- 4 patties
- 8 slices of bacon
- Jalapeño peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- Lettuce

Preparation| 5 min
- Prepare the barbecue.
- Cook the bacon slices in a frying pan until they are nicely browned.
- Slice the tomato and jalapeño peppers thinly, wash the lettuce and cut the burger buns in half.
Method| 15 min
- Place the burger buns on the barbecue grill and toast them until they are nicely browned.
- Grill the burgers on the barbecue for 3 minutes on each side.
- Place a slice of ERU Slices Cheddar on the burgers and return them to the barbecue until the cheese has melted.
- Assemble the burger by placing lettuce on the bun, followed by the burger with melted cheese, then top with bacon, tomato, and jalapeño peppers.
- Place the top of the bun on the burger and secure everything with a skewer. Ready to serve!
