Ingredients

  • 4 slices of ERU Slices Cheddar
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 patties
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Jalapeño peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Lettuce

Preparation| 5 min

  • Prepare the barbecue.
  • Cook the bacon slices in a frying pan until they are nicely browned.
  • Slice the tomato and jalapeño peppers thinly, wash the lettuce and cut the burger buns in half.

Method| 15 min

  • Place the burger buns on the barbecue grill and toast them until they are nicely browned.
  • Grill the burgers on the barbecue for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Place a slice of ERU Slices Cheddar on the burgers and return them to the barbecue until the cheese has melted.
  • Assemble the burger by placing lettuce on the bun, followed by the burger with melted cheese, then top with bacon, tomato, and jalapeño peppers.
  • Place the top of the bun on the burger and secure everything with a skewer. Ready to serve!
