  • 100 grams ERU Smoked Cheese
  • 4 hotdog buns
  • 4 hotdogs
  • 30 grams parsley, finely chopped

Method| 15 min

  • Scoop the ERU Smoked Cheese into a piping bag.
  • Heat the hotdogs in a pan of water on medium heat.
  • Cut the tops of the hotdog buns with a lengthwise slit in the middle.
  • Put the hotdogs into the cut buns.
  • Pipe the ERU Smoked Cheese in a zigzag over the hotdogs.
  • Garnish the hotdogs with the chopped parsley.
