Ingredients
- 100 grams ERU Smoked Cheese
- 4 hotdog buns
- 4 hotdogs
- 30 grams parsley, finely chopped

Method| 15 min
- Scoop the ERU Smoked Cheese into a piping bag.
- Heat the hotdogs in a pan of water on medium heat.
- Cut the tops of the hotdog buns with a lengthwise slit in the middle.
- Put the hotdogs into the cut buns.
- Pipe the ERU Smoked Cheese in a zigzag over the hotdogs.
- Garnish the hotdogs with the chopped parsley.
