Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda
  • 8 pickles
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons of pistacchios
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes (from jar)

  • Cut the pickles into slices.
  • Cut the spring onion into rings.
  • Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
