Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable goat cheese
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 twigs of fresh dill or parsley

  • Slice open the bagels and spread each slice with a generous amount of ERU Spreadable goat cheese.
  • Place the bottom slices on four plates and cover with slices of salmon.
  • Garnish with dill or parsley and top off with the upper half of the bagel.
