Ingredients

  • 14.1 oz fettuccine
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 7 oz ERU Spreadable Brie
  • 14.1 oz smoked salmon

Preparation| 5 min

  • Cook the fettuccine according to the instructions found on the packaging.
  • Use a vegetable peeler to peel the courgette lengthwise into ribbons.
  • Slice the onion.
  • Peel and crush the garlic.
  • Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.

Prepare| 13 min

  • Heat some olive oil over a medium heat and fry the onion and garlic.
  • Add the courgette ribbons to the pan.
  • Add ERU Spreadable Brie, mix everything well and allow to melt.
  • Drain the fettuccine and stir into the mixture in the pan.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes and mix again.
  • Serve the pasta in a bowl and top with the smoked salmon.
