Ingredients

  • 12 slices of white bread
  • 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda with red pepper
  • 7 oz pepper salami
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ zucchini
  • Olive oil

Equipment

  • Grill pan
  • Grill or toastiemaker

Prepare| 10 min

  • Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into thin slices and brush them with olive oil.
  • Grill the zucchini and tomatoes on high heat for 4 minutes. Preferably use a grill pan.
  • Brush the slices of bread with olive oil.
  • Grill the slices bread underneath a grill or toast them in a toastie maker.
  • Spread the toasted slices with ERU Spreadable Gouda with red pepper and garnish with the grilled vegetables and salami.
  • Stack 3 slices of bread together and cut them half diagonally.
