Ingredients
- 12 slices of white bread
- 3.5 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda with red pepper
- 7 oz pepper salami
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ zucchini
- Olive oil

Prepare| 10 min
- Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into thin slices and brush them with olive oil.
- Grill the zucchini and tomatoes on high heat for 4 minutes. Preferably use a grill pan.
- Brush the slices of bread with olive oil.
- Grill the slices bread underneath a grill or toast them in a toastie maker.
- Spread the toasted slices with ERU Spreadable Gouda with red pepper and garnish with the grilled vegetables and salami.
- Stack 3 slices of bread together and cut them half diagonally.
