Ingredients

  • 7 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda Extra Aged
  • 4 wholegrain ciabattas
  • 1 beef steak (8.8 oz)
  • 1.4 oz lamb’s lettuce
  • 2.5 oz pearl onions
  • 1.8 oz red onion chutney
  • Olive oil

Prepare| 25 min

  • Cut the pearl onions into wedges.
  • Bake the ciabattas as instructed on the packaging.
  • Drizzle the steak with olive oil and fry in a pan until nice and pink (around 6 to 8 minutes).
  • Generously spread the ciabattas with ERU Gouda Extra Aged.
  • Slice the steak and arrange on the 4 ciabattas.
  • Spoon some of the red onion chutney over the steak.
  • Garnish with the lamb’s lettuce and pearl onions.
