Double-decker sandwich with extra matured cheese

Ingredients

  • 13.3 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda Extra Aged
  • 8 slices of brown bread
  • 3.4 oz prosciutto
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Preparation| 5 min

  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  • Grease one side of each breadslice with some olive oil and fry all the slices in the grill pan. Continue until all slices are golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Prepare| 5 min

  • Cut the sandwiches in half and cover each half with a layer of ERU Spreadable Gouda Extra Aged, a slice of tomato and prosciutto.
  • Stack the sandwiches on top of each other until you have a double-decker sandwich.
