External inspections that need to be carried out must be reported in advance. These can include the following agencies:

  • COKZ (comes periodically by appointment);
  • NVWA;
  • SKAL;
  • Labour Inspectorate;
  • Environmental Agency;
  • Calibration;
  • Aliens Police;
  • Certification bodies;

A number of authorities are legally permitted to carry out a company inspection unannounced. These can include the following agencies:

  • COKZ;
  • NVWA;
  • SKAL
  • Labour Inspectorate;
  • Environmental Agency;
  • Calibration;
  • Aliens Police;
  • Otherwise.

All these authorities must be able to demonstrate that they are actually coming to carry out an inspection or visit on behalf of the relevant authority.

In addition, it is also more common for certification bodies or customer audits to visit us unannounced. Agreements have been made about this before.

All external bodies that visit our company may only enter the premises under supervision (excluding the reception), these internal bodies may not remain in the production area or warehouse unaccompanied. This is allowed in the other accommodations.

All visitors, including external bodies, must comply with the rules mentioned in this document. The supervisor must supervise this.

These visitors may only be accompanied by:

  • Management;
  • Manager Operations, or his replacement;
  • QESH manager, or his replacement;
  • QC employee (only for COKZ inspections).

This only applies to the external bodies mentioned in this paragraph.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
