Wrap with falafel, spinach and radishes

Ingredients

  • 100 grams radishes
  • Spring onion
  • Half a cucumber
  • 200 grams falafel
  • 4 wraps
  • 150 grams ERU BioGouda
  • 100 grams spinach
  • Olive oil

Preparation| 5 min

  • Wash and slice the radishes.
  • Slice the spring onion.
  • Slice the cucumber.

Method| 10 min

  • Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the falafel for 6 mins.
  • Grill the wraps one by one in a grill pan for 20 seconds. Turn halfway through.
  • Spread each wrap with ERU BioGouda.
  • Top the wrap with a handful of spinach leaves.
  • Garnish with slices of radish, cucumber and spring onion.
  • Top with the falafel and a little ERU BioGouda.
  • Roll up the wraps.
