Ingredients
- 6 heads chicory
- 200 grams roast beef
- 4 large gherkins
- 50 grams pine kernels
- 100 grams ERU Crème au Bleu
- 50 ml water
- 50 ml vinegar
- Pepper and salt
Preparation| 15 min
- Make a dressing by mixing the ERU Crème au Bleu with the water and the vinegar.
- Season the dressing with pepper and salt.
- Cut the leaves of the chicory loose.
- Cut the gherkins lengthways into four pieces.
- Roast the pine kernels in a dry frying pan until golden.
