Ingredients
- 150 grams ERU Prestige Smokin' Hot Slices
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 hamburgers
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 grams bacon
- Pulled Chicken with BBQ sauce (ready-made)
- A handful of lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- A dash of olive oil

Preparation| 5 min
- Slice the tomatoes and cut the red onion into rings.
- Cut the hamburger buns in half and grill them on both sides in a frying pan until toasted.
Method| 10 min
- Prepare the pulled chicken according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry the bacon slices in the pan until crispy. Let them drain on paper towels.
- Heat up olive oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers on both sides for 7-9 minutes turning regularly until they are brown and cooked.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun and add half of the bacon.
- Place the hamburger on top and add the remaining bacon and a slice of ERU Prestige Smokin’ Hot Slices.
- Then add the pulled chicken, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices.
- Top with the upper half of the hamburger bun.
