Ingredients

  • 150 grams ERU Prestige Smokin' Hot Slices
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 hamburgers
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 grams bacon
  • Pulled Chicken with BBQ sauce (ready-made)
  • A handful of lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  • A dash of olive oil

  • Oven or microwave

Preparation| 5 min

  • Slice the tomatoes and cut the red onion into rings.
  • Cut the hamburger buns in half and grill them on both sides in a frying pan until toasted.

Method| 10 min

  • Prepare the pulled chicken according to the instructions on the package.
  • Fry the bacon slices in the pan until crispy. Let them drain on paper towels.
  • Heat up olive oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers on both sides for 7-9 minutes turning regularly until they are brown and cooked.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun and add half of the bacon.
  • Place the hamburger on top and add the remaining bacon and a slice of ERU Prestige Smokin’ Hot Slices.
  • Then add the pulled chicken, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices.
  • Top with the upper half of the hamburger bun.
