Stuffed meatballs with ERU Crème au Bleu
Do you want to try something different than the traditional meatball? this recipe offers you an original twist. Fill the meatballs with blue cheese and serve with a fig sauce on the side. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients
- 100 grams ERU Crème au Bleu
- 375 grams ground beef
- 375 grams ground pork
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 100 grams butter
- Salt & pepper
Method| 20 min
- Mix the ground beef, ground pork, egg and 2 tbsp. of bread crumbs together well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll 8 meatballs out of the mix.
- Press a hole into each meatball with your thumb and scoop one tsp. of ERU Crème au Bleu in the hole.
- Cover the hole by pressing the ground meat on top of it and reshape the meatball.
- Roll the stuffed meatballs through the remaining bread crumbs.
- Serve the stuffed meatballs while still hot.
