Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 100 grams ERU Gruyère
- 4 slices of ham
- Butter
- 4 eggs
Preparation| 2 min
- Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C.
Method| 15 min
- Spread the sourdough bread with ERU Gruyère.
- Top 4 slices of bread with ham.
- Top with the other slices of bread, with the cheese side down.
- Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan over a high heat.
- Bake the toasties for another 5 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
- Fry the eggs in the frying pan.
- Remove the toasties from the oven.
- Serve the toasties topped with the fried eggs.
