Stuffed meatballs with ERU Crème au Bleu

Ingredients

  • 100 grams ERU Crème au Bleu
  • 375 grams ground beef
  • 375 grams ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 100 grams butter
  • Salt & pepper

Method| 20 min

  • Mix the ground beef, ground pork, egg and 2 tbsp. of bread crumbs together well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll 8 meatballs out of the mix.
  • Press a hole into each meatball with your thumb and scoop one tsp. of ERU Crème au Bleu in the hole.
  • Cover the hole by pressing the ground meat on top of it and reshape the meatball.
  • Roll the stuffed meatballs through the remaining bread crumbs.
  • Serve the stuffed meatballs while still hot.
