Tortilla nachos with tomato, onion and sambal
Perfect weekend snack: crunchy oven-baked tortilla nachos with some spicy sambal. Garnish with red onion, tomatoes, jalapeños and coriander for those that like it.

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 10 grams coriander
- ½ jalapeño
- 150 grams tortilla chips
- 4 slices ERU Slices Cheddar Red Pepper
Preparation| 10 min
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 ºC.
- Finely chop the red onion. Remove the flesh from the tomatoes and chop finely. Chop the coriander finely as well.
- Remove the seeds from the jalapeño and slice in thin rings.
Method| 5 min
- Spread the tortilla chips over an oven dish and top with slices of ERU Slices Cheddar Red Pepper.
- Then divide the red onions, tomatoes and jalapeño over the dish.
- Bake the nachos in the middle of the pre-heated oven for around 5-10 minutes until the ERU Slices Cheddar Red Pepper have melted.
- Garnish with the chopped coriander.
