Cheeseburger with bacon
Feel like a hearty hamburger? This hamburger is easy to make and has everything that you wish a cheeseburger would have, like bacon and lots of cheddar. A well constructed burger that no one can refuse!

Ingredients
- 120 grams bacon
- 1 red onion
- Black pepper
- 500 grams minced beef
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 gherkins
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 slices of ERU Slices Cheddar
- 4 white buns
- Ketchup

Preparation| 10 min
- Grill the bacon and cut two slices into small pieces. Put the rest aside.
- Chop one half of the onion very finely, slice the other half into rings.
- Mix the chopped bacon, the finely chopped onion and coarsely ground pepper into the mince.
- Knead everything well and make four hamburgers.
- Wash the lettuce and cut the leaves into strips.
- Slice the gherkin and tomato.
Method| 15 min
- Fry the hamburgers in the bacon fat.
- Place a slice of ERU Slices Cheddar on the hamburger and let the cheese melt.
- Slice open the bun and spread ketchup over both sides.
- Top the bun with the hamburger, the grilled bacon, onion rings, slices of gherkin, tomato and lettuce strips.
- Close the bun and serve right away.
