Ingredients
- 13.3 oz ERU Spreadable Gouda Extra Aged
- 8 slices of brown bread
- 3.4 oz prosciutto
- 2 big tomatoes
- Olive oil
Preparation| 5 min
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grease one side of each breadslice with some olive oil and fry all the slices in the grill pan. Continue until all slices are golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Prepare| 5 min
- Cut the sandwiches in half and cover each half with a layer of ERU Spreadable Gouda Extra Aged, a slice of tomato and prosciutto.
- Stack the sandwiches on top of each other until you have a double-decker sandwich.
