  • 4 bagels
  • 200 grams smoked chicken fillet
  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 100 grams ERU Gouda Mustard
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method| 10 min

  • Wash the lettuce.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices of equal thickness.
  • Cut the smoked chicken fillet into slices.
  • Cut the bagels open.
  • Spread ERU Gouda Mustard on the bread.
  • Place the smoked chicken on top.
  • Arrange the lettuce on top and garnis with slices of tomato.
